POSITION: IN-STORE SALES CONSULTANT (OFFLINE)

Work at: The Hanoi area and neighboring provinces (Hung Yen, Bac Ninh, Ha Nam, etc.).

1. Job Description:

• Provide direct consultation and introduce the Okula line of natural products (dish soap, laundry detergent, floor cleaner, herbal skin and hair care sets, etc.) to customers at the point of sale.
• Conduct product demonstrations (testing safety, scent, and enzyme mechanisms) to allow customers to experience the products firsthand.
• Maintain and ensure that the shelves and displays are clean and organized in accordance with brand standards.
• Record customer feedback and submit regular sales reports.

2. Candidate Requirements:

• Men and women aged 18–35; a pleasant appearance is a plus.
• Confident communication skills, a pleasant voice, and no fear of interacting with large groups.
• Loves natural products and is health- and environmentally-conscious.
• Quick-witted, honest, and responsible in my work.
• (Those without prior experience will receive comprehensive training on enzymes.).

• Flexible, performance-based compensation:
  • Part-time work: 25,000 VND – 50,000 VND per hour.
  • Full-time work (Month): 6,000,000 VND – 15,000,000 VND per month.
