On April 20, 2024, Okula Group will host the 2024 Business Kickoff – 2023 Awards Ceremony at the Vinhomes Ocean Park Event Center in Gia Lâm, Hanoi.
The event brought together more than 100 senior executives from the networks and business partners that have worked alongside Okula Group over the years.

Unlike previous events, this event module is expected to mark an extremely important milestone in Okula Group’s transformation journey in 2024.
With the aim of working alongside consumers to change their habits and raise awareness about harmful cleaning products that seriously impact health and the environment—particularly the aquatic environment—today.
The event will feature a talk show to launch the book “Enzymes: The Secret to 21st-Century Cleaning,” with the participation of the speaker and the book’s two co-authors: Dr. Trinh Xuan Duc and Mr. Cu Vinh Toan (Chairman of the Board of Directors of OKULA).

At this major event, one of the most important highlights was the company’s official launch of a new product line to meet the market’s demand for high-quality products and ensure product quality.
A representative of OKULA GROUP—Ms. Lê Thị Hồng Nhung, who currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of OKULA GROUP and Director of the Herbal Products Research and Development Department—will officially announce the launch of a new product line.
Here’s a sneak peek at the product lines that will be unveiled at the event, including:
– Enzyme Product: OKULA Vegetable and Fruit Wash: The result of scientific research and modern applications in 21st-century disinfection. The product can disinfect hospital environments, preserve fruits and vegetables, eliminate odors from the air, and disinfect surfaces (hands and feet, floors, personal protective equipment, etc.).

Also as part of the program, Mr. Cu Vinh Toan—Chairman of the Board of Directors of OKULA GROUP—will speak about Okula’s 2024 business strategy and introduce the Okula app. This aims to reaffirm that OKULA GROUP will continue to innovate—from its products to its development strategy—to become a trusted brand in both the domestic and international markets.
Looking ahead, Okula is charting a course and implementing clear strategies to build its systems, expand production, and launch even more products. We will continue to enhance service quality among Okula’s sales staff, agents, and partners through a variety of training programs—both in-person and online, as well as short-term and long-term.
An exciting 3-night, 2-day training trip on a Halong Bay cruise in July 2024. To mark OKULA GROUP’s strong resurgence in 2024, the launch event will unveil the plans for the July 2024 training tour.
This trip, combined with a program to express our gratitude to members who have stood by Okula over the years, will take place in Ha Long—a truly spectacular 3-day, 2-night cruise. There, team-building activities and exciting games will help bring all members closer together, foster a sense of responsibility, and provide a clear direction for the growth of each individual within the organization.

Next up was the event that members had been eagerly awaiting: the 2023 Awards Ceremony for Outstanding Individuals. This event not only serves as a source of encouragement and motivation for the “newcomers” joining OKULA GROUP but also instills a sense of confidence that will accompany each individual throughout their journey with the company.
The achievements made throughout Okula Group’s business operations in 2023 not only provided an attractive source of income, allowed employees to pursue their passion for their work, and enabled them to gain additional knowledge and stay abreast of trends in the bio-detergent manufacturing industry in Vietnam, but also helped team members establish their standing, establish credibility within the industry, and advance further in their careers.

The event will conclude with a raffle featuring prizes of up to 10 million VND, as well as a lively ceremony to present a motorcycle to the Okula distributor selected through a random drawing.
